Show and tell time

My boy BFF has been my friend since I was 2 years old. Our families were friends. His name is Junior. I love him very much. He eventually became my boyfriend while we were still kids. Obviously it didn't work out but of course we stayed friends. His older sisters, Ana and Elizabeth, were my brothers age so they all went to school together too. Anyway, Junior is a tatoo artist in Reno. If you are ever in Reno and need a tatoo, call me.

Meet the mom:

Meet the dad:

Yup, those are tatooed pictures of his mom and dad ON him. Each tat is on each of his hips. Beautiful, aren't they?

Meet Ana, his sister and my friend:

That was taken on Saturday at the babyshower in Nevada that I went to. Obviously, she's the one in white. :)

Now, for the knitters in knitting blog world, here is some pictures of my projects that I STILL have not finished. Remember way back when I bought the yarn???? I'm a slacker, what can I say.

Baby blanket I'm suppose to have finished before December, when my BFF's bubba is born.

AND last but not least, my first scarf that I didn't finish.

Those are the most elaborate artistic tattoos I have ever seen. I can't knit at all so I can't criticize you for being a slacker. You have done more than I ever will already.

That was so sweet of him to put his parent's pictures on him...

I've been breaking out the old crocheting hook lately but I'm so out of practice, the baby blanket I started looks a little sad. I'm going to have to undo the chains and start again. :0(
