Groupies and Pay Raises
The most embarrassing news first...
I got a WHOPPING $.40 raise from my "second" job today. Guess I won't be retiring early like I wanted.
The 2nd most embarrassing news...
I'm going to try to rehash my old role of "Groupie" next week at a baseball game.
I've mentioned before that I had some baseball player friends and I used to see them and party with them quite a bit. Well, one in particular, the one I was always the closest to, is coming to town and I haven't talked to him in a little over a year since going through some hard injury times.
See if I can muster up the ol "groupie girl " inside of me and make my way down to the field to chat with him.

I just got my raise. It was ok, but honestly what I really would have preferred is more paid vacation time. But what can you do.
